As a general guideline, we offer limited support for scripts available through Softaculous, website development and Manual Migrations. If your support request involves advanced script features, migrations and troubleshooting, you have the option to hire a Systems Administrator to investigate the issue on your behalf. This service is generally charged at R400.00, depending on the severity of the issue. If, for any reason, we are unable to resolve the issue, we will be happy to provide a refund for the administrative fee or apply a credit to your account.
